I have no other stove to compare it with, but if I needed another stove I would have no hesitation in having another of these.

+My oil consumption was down 30%, the price is quite good, it is a very robust design having just big lumps of iron where others have fire bricks. I light it with a ikea tea light candle about 2p each and a bit of paper no problem.

-No levelling feet, the airwash perhaps could be better,I clean the glass every couple of weeks with oven cleaner it works a treat so not a big issue.

=nothing wrong with handle but have seen prettier ease of ash removal have to open the main door and its a bit tight below the great.

Having read numerous reviews we got down to a choice of 2 and opted for this basically because of the good reviews and the fact that its from the Northern climes where they know about wood burners!
It is a joy to use-above critic says it has no adjustable feet-given its weight you cannot expect this! Also its very easy to make a level hearth with a straight edge…
Burns wood well and is very controllable-easy to get the hang of-quite intuitive.
Door handle is very good as it works really well and doesn’t get hot. Its also indiscreet and I cannot stand brass ones.
We put it in a largish kitchen in a house we are renovating and needed some heat…
    a beauty it is…

My profile 30 is gviing me greif. I have taken it apart and cleaned every nook and cranny removed the photo eye and cleaned it . The stove will run for about 30 to 60 min and it stops I sit there and monitor it you can hear the the auger working on it’s timed intervals but it dosen’t seem to drop enough pellets to maintain fire i have adjusted the damper while monitoring it to try and maintain flame to no avail. I bypassed the low pressure switch to see if this is my problem still gose out . What could it be ? I have removed the auger and cleaned it no blockages im frustrated !!!!!!!!!
