Stovax Stockton 6 Wood/Multifuel

Stovax Stockton 6 Review

Due to its superb combination of size and heating capacity, the standard Stockton 6 is one of our most popular models. Produced as a woodburning stove, it can be easily adapted to multi-fuel use with the optional riddling grate.

I am not an expert about stoves and their technical specifications, but from my experience I would recommend this stove. It is really well proportioned and looks lovely. It also works brilliantly; it’s easy to use and heats our living room very well(and surrounding rooms if doors left open!).

Found this to be far superior to friends stoves as they went for cheapness and it shows in looks and performance and they are now envious. We took time to research or energy requirements and its overall appearance in our room, and it has paid dividends in both, by our fuel bills reduced £400 per annum due to it’s efficent performance and it looks great.Warms through the house if doors are open, and it is healthly for my wife who suffers with asthma as it is a less drier heat, a big win win all round. Would highly recommend this product and model

I’ve installed the boiler version which now heats my water and my bedroom nicely, as well as my main living area. So far Ihaven’t used my oil central heating this year. The coals are still warm in the morning too!I have always liked the modern and unfussy appearance of Stovax fires so it fits in well with my house decor.
I am very pleased with my stove so far and would recommend it to any prospective purchaser.

I have installed the boiler version which heats my water and also my bedroom. The coals are still warm in the morning, so can easily be fired up if necessary. It uses a small amount of fuel supplemented by logs, which make a lovely warm fire.
I would certainly recommend the clean unfussy appearance of Stovsx stoves, the fit beautifully into my decor.
I haven’t switched on my oil central heating yet and it’s almost December!
A very economical stove to be recommended to any buyer.
